From the first conversation to final handover, here is exactly what it looks like to work with Statera.

Initial Consultation
Reach out by filling out the form, chatting with Andrea, or giving us a call. We will get back to you within one business day for a quick call to hear about your project, answer your questions, and make sure Statera is the right fit for what you have in mind. Note: No commitment required. Just a conversation.

The Statera Assessment
Before any project moves forward, we complete a full assessment. This covers a detailed review of your plans and existing conditions, complete material and labor takeoffs, and accurate project pricing. This process takes up to 7 days and is what allows us to give you a number you can actually trust, not a ballpark that changes once construction starts. Note: If you move forward with construction, 50% of the assessment fee is credited toward your project.
Design
For clients who want a full design experience, our in house team develops a complete vision for your space including full 3D renders and multiple views so you can see exactly what you are getting before construction begins. If you already have plans from your own architect or designer, no problem. You can move directly to the assessment. Note: For larger projects requiring full material and furniture selections, we can recommend trusted design firms to complement our work.

Contruction
Once design and pricing are approved, construction begins. One team manages the entire process from start to finish. You will receive regular updates throughout the project and have direct access to your project details at every stage through our project management platform.


Completion
Final Walkthrough and Handover Body: Before we consider a project complete, we walk through every detail with you. Any outstanding items are addressed and your space is handed over to the standard it was designed and built to. Note: All Statera projects include a workmanship warranty.
